Last entry is 1 hour before closing.
Costs Involved
The cost of an entry ticket is AED125pp.
Children under 3 years old and People of Determination (along with 1 Caregiver for a Person of Determination) are free, but their tickets must be collected at the Customer Service Desk upon arrival at AYA Universe.

AYA Universe is located on Level 1 at Wafi City Mall's Main Atrium in Dubai.

Tips For Your Visit
Once you're tickets are checked at the entrance, their friendly staff will provide each person with their very own AYA Cosmic Passport, which you can refer to throughout your visit.
There are no bathrooms inside AYA Universe, so you'll need to use the public bathrooms at Wafi City Mall either before or after your visit.
This immersive experience park is suitable for all ages.
You can bring your pram along inside the chambers or leave your pram/belongings in their dedicated clock room before you enter the first chamber.
What To Expect
Each digital chamber or room is unique and you can easily spend an hour or two inside AYA Universe.
videos and photos are allowed throughout this experience and if you get lost or don't know the ideal order to explore the chambers, there are friendly staff inside to assist you.
At the end of this experience, you can purchase some of the AYA Universe merchandise for sale at the exit.
