· Tours typically last between 60 – 90 minutes
· Additional hospitality packages after tours begin 2 hours after your tour start time
· Outside food & beverages are not permitted
· Tour tickets provide exclusive access to the 25th floor and Inside Burj Al Arab areas only

· Smart/casual attire is required (knee length shorts are allowed for males and females)
· No beachwear is permitted to be worn
· Please respect the privacy of Burj Al Arab In-House Guests whilst in public areas
There are free lockers available before you start your tour, as the Burj Al Arab does not allow large bags to be taken on this tour.
You'll also be served a free welcome drink from the Burj Al Arab Cafe inside their ticketing lounge.
Should you wish to buy anything else from this cafe, there will be an additional charge.
What To Expect
Once you leave the Burj Al Arab Tour Ticketing Lounge, you'll be driven in one of their shaded golf buggies, so you won't need to walk along the long driveway to their hotel.
You'll make one stop along the way to take some iconic photos of the Burj Al Arab.
You'll then be driven to a side entrance of the hotel to sit in another lounge before your tour inside their hotel starts.
Hotel staff will then kindly serve you a wet towel to use, before you enter their hotel lobby.
This stunning hotel will impress you from the very moment you arrive into their foyer.
You'll then make your way up their main escalators with an aquarium to the right hand side and marvel at the stunning architecture in their lobby.
You don't spend too much time in their hotel lobby, as there are hotel guests around, so they escort you to a lift lobby, which will take you up to the 25th floor.
Your Tour Guide will then knock on the door of the Royal Suite and the Butler will open 2 very grand doors to welcome you inside!
This Butler will then accompany visitors from room to room and answer any questions that you have throughout your tour.
We're not going to lie! Expect LOTS of gold and incredibly colourful patterns throughout each room on this tour.
We don't want to give too much away, but you'll learn some really amazing facts about the incredible items designed and selected for the interior of the Burj Al Arab hotel and inside one of the most exclusive suites at the hotel, which you'll see has now been turned into a museum.
Each room will have a sign plague out the front, informing visitors the purpose of each room.
You can take photos and videos anywhere in the Royal Suite and even sit on their furniture for photos.
There are plenty of incredible furniture pieces in this Royal Suite, but their two 24k gold showers (one for men and one for women) are sure to impress!
At the end of your tour, you'll pass by their shop, where you can buy some official Burj Al Arab products including postcards, mugs and hats.
Don't forget to visit their photo collection desk, should you have stopped at their official photo spots inside The Royal Suite. They also have some outside Burj Al Arab background photos for you to choose, where they will juxtapose you in front of this iconic building.
For those visitors who have chosen additional dining or spa packages as part of their tour, you then walk to the next phase of your ticket inside the Burj Al Arab.
I opted for the general admission tour ticket with a 24k gold cappuccino included afterwards (and comes with a free sweet to enjoy with your coffee), which cost me AED399pp.
The Verdict
There are honestly far too many amazing things to mention about the Burj Al Arab hotel foyer or inside of the Royal Suite (this hotel is quite overwhelming in a good way), so make sure you add this memorable experience to your own bucket list in Dubai.
Sounds like fun? Don’t just take our word for it, experience it for yourself.
