ADNOC TrainYAS is presented by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC) and will see you cycle, run or walk along Abu Dhabi’s famous Formula 1 Race Track.
How To Book
You’ll need to register every person attending the track in advance through Yas Marina Circuit’s website.
When To Go
TrainYAS is open to the public every Sunday and Tuesday evenings throughout the year.
There is also a TrainYAS Ladies Night every Monday evening on the track between 6pm – 9pm.
Make sure you check the ‘Schedule’ on their website for any changes to their opening dates and times prior to registering, as there may be track maintenance or track closures due to the Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Race.

TrainYAS OR TrainYAS Ladies Night entry is free but prior registration is required.

Yas Marina Circuit is located on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.

Tips For Your Visit
There are up to 400 complimentary bikes and helmets available for adults to use on those evenings, however this is on a first come served basis.
Lines for these complimentary bicycles can be quite long, so if you do want to use any of these complimentary bikes or helmets, it is best to arrive earlier than their 6pm opening time, to avoid missing out.
You are also able to bring along your own helmets too, should you wish to use your own.
Children over the age of 8 years old can bring along their own bicycles and helmets, as Yas Marina Circuit only provide complimentary bicycles and helmets for adults.

What To Expect
TrainYAS is open to individuals of all ages and fitness levels and the track is pram and wheelchair friendly.
Whilst on the track, cyclists will be riding anti-clockwise, and walkers and runners will be going in a clockwise direction.
TrainYAS is very well organised, so they will scan your tickets and carry out temperature checks at the entry to the circuit.
Don’t forget to bring your own water bottles too!

We couldn’t find any other Formula 1 race track in the world where the public can walk, cycle or run around all year-round for free!
The Verdict
This was a great way to see parts of this famous Formula 1 race track that the public would not normally be able to walk around and see.
Now that’s it cooler in the UAE, it’s the perfect time to enjoy some exercise with your whole family.
We also loved watching sunset over the race track!
It’s fantastic that entry is free and there are complimentary bikes and helmets available.
TrainYAS really is a fun night out for the whole family!
